From vibrant exhibitions and events to educational workshops, every visitor experience is built on a foundation of dedication, passion, and a true love for creativity.
But as an independent charity, we can’t do it alone.
In Sudbury, Suffolk, we’re fortunate to be part of a community filled with incredible charities and causes, all working to make a difference. What makes Gainsborough’s House unique is the variety of roles and opportunities we offer to volunteers. Visitor Feedback Collection & Data Recording
Gather and record feedback from visitors, helping us continually improve and develop their experience.
Engagement & Learning
Inspire young minds through school workshops and hands-on activities.
Tour Guides for Special Events and Organised Groups
Share Gainsborough’s legacy with enthusiasm and insight.
Gallery Stewards
Ensure our Galleries and historic house remain safe and welcoming spaces for all.
