We rely on donations to keep Gainsborough’s House thriving and to make every visit special. Even a small contribution, like Gift Aid or a group donation, makes a real difference by helping us care for our collection, run exhibitions, and create experiences that everyone can enjoy. To keep things simple and your group’s visit hassle-free, we suggest a 10% donation – it has the same impact as Gift Aid and helps us make your time here as enjoyable as possible.

Refreshments

Options for refreshments when you visit as a group to Gainsborough's House can be found attached with all other Group information. Refreshments should be ordered directly with our café, The Watering Place.

You can book your Groups’ refreshments through our catering partners.

Terms and Conditions

Final numbers of your group must be confirmed five days before your visit and this will be the number charged for. Payment can be made either by invoice prior or after the visit or card payment on arrival. In the event of a last minute cancellation, any food ordered may be charged at cost.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (GB 466 1112 68).

Every effort will be made to accommodate your group at the time you have requested. All timings and details of your requirements will be confirmed before you visit.
