easyfundraising is a platform that partners with over 8,000 retailers to donate a percentage of what you spend to a cause of your choice—without costing you anything extra. It’s a win-win for everyone!
How does it work?
Step 1: Join easyfundraising
- Visit the easyfundraising website.
- Click on the “Sign Up” button and create an account.
- Search for “Gainsborough’s House” as your chosen cause and select it.
Step 2: Shop online as usual
- Before shopping online, visit the easyfundraising website or app*.
- Search for the retailer you plan to shop with (e.g. Amazon, Argos, or Marks & Spencer).
- Click the retailer’s link on easyfundraising to be redirected to their website.
Important best practice: Always make sure website/retailer cookies are enabled. Disabling functional cookies may prevent your donations from being tracked. This won’t affect your online shopping but could mean we miss out on your support.
Step 3: Make a purchase
- Shop online as normal and complete your purchase.
- The retailer will automatically donate a percentage of your spend to Gainsborough’s House—at no extra cost to you!

Step 1: Signing up
Go to the easyfundraising website and click “Sign up and get started”—once you’ve entered your details to make an account then you can select Gainsborough’s House as your chosen cause.
Please type in “Gainsborough’s House” then click the Search cause button. Select Gainsborough’s House from the options shown in the search.
Step 2: Shop through easyfundraising
We recommend downloading the easyfundraising Donation Reminder to ensure you never miss an opportunity to support us.
Once installed, please navigate to your chosen retailer’s website. The Donation Reminder should appear as shown below with any compatible retailers. Click “Tap to get a donation”—this will ensure your donation is recognised through easyfundraising. Donations will not be made unless you click this.
Complete your shopping as usual and your donation will be automatically made via easyfundraising and the retailer—easy!
