Peter Brown: Drawing on Lino

Explore the myriad possibilities of versatile lino on this comprehensive course. Illustrative or abstract, mono or multiblock, your project will develop from a strong basis of drawing. You will be encouraged to explore and experiment at every stage as you develop your own creative approach to produce original prints. Technical points, cutting, registration and printing, will be demonstrated and teaching will include one-to-one guidance.

Peter Brown is a printmaker with a background in illustration which includes a weekly birdlife column for The Times. Peter specialises in wood engraving, lino and Japanese woodblock.
