The Salisbury Hare
This is an old English folk tale originating from Salisbury, Wiltshire. The legend tells of a hare, dancing during a full moon, and that anyone who sees the hare is said to have good fortune and luck for the rest of their days.
Each lucky hare is hand crafted from solid polished lead-free English pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead in old pewter). Using solid metal means the surface of your sculpture will never flake like a silver plated one. To clean, just wash with warm soapy water.
